Training Design & Technology

Scenario training, class design & the systems to run it.

We help agencies, academies, and training units turn a topic into a structured, defensible program, and give you the tools to schedule it, track it, and keep it current. Training built and organized like the software it deserves to be.

What we design & build

Four ways we strengthen a training program, from the scenario on the mat to the records behind it.

01

Scenario Training

Realistic, repeatable scenarios with clear objectives and fair evaluation, and a library to manage them.

  • Scenario design & objectives
  • Role-player briefs & safety notes
  • Evaluation rubrics & scoring
  • Searchable scenario library
02

Class Design & Implementation

Turn a subject into a real course: outcomes, lesson plans, materials, schedule, and a clean rollout.

  • Learning objectives & outlines
  • Lesson plans & instructor guides
  • Handouts, slides & assessments
  • Scheduling & rollout support
03

Training Systems & Records

The software behind the program: scheduling, rosters, sign-offs, and records you can actually pull up.

  • Scenario & course databases
  • Scheduling & roster tools
  • Attendance & completion tracking
  • Digital delivery & portals
04

Updates & Upkeep

Standards, case law, and policy change. We keep your materials current, versioned, and re-issued.

  • Scheduled content reviews
  • Policy & case-law updates
  • Version control & change logs
  • Re-distribution to your people

How it works

Plain and predictable. You see the work at every stage.

STEP 01
Scope

We learn your goals, audience, standards, and constraints.

STEP 02
Design

Objectives, structure, scenarios, and materials, drafted for your review.

STEP 03
Build

We produce the materials and any systems to run and track them.

STEP 04
Implement

We help you roll it out to instructors and trainees.

STEP 05
Maintain

Scheduled updates keep it current as things change.

How we work, and what this is

Centurion Blue Consulting provides training design, materials, and technology services. Content is developed from public standards, statutes, published case law, and your own agency's policies, so it belongs to you. It is not a substitute for your agency's certified instruction, POST requirements, use-of-force policy, or legal counsel, and nothing here implies certification, accreditation, or endorsement by any agency or POST board. Your agency remains the authority on what it teaches and approves.
